For little girls, the Coffin Bride Child Costume is perfect.  It features a ruffled white dress, much like a wedding gown.  The overlaid laced-up lace coat offsets it perfectly.  The sleeves and veil have that shredded and rag-like look; hey, your clothes would be ripped too, having to climb out of the dirt in which you were buried.  A simple choker cinches the outfit.  Aside from the makeup, you could also add a bouquet of black or wilted flowers to really hit it spot-on.
